During the various storms of my life in the past 30 years, I have been surrounded by rays of sunshine found in my children. They buoy me up during those times when I can’t see past the blizzard of difficulties and challenges, especially fear and frustrations found in my own inadequacies. The optimistic support they give me on a daily basis helps me to keep striving to do my best. They are daily reminders that the sun will always come out after the storm.

It’s funny – I was just looking at this great image of yours (and the corresponding thoughts) when your comment popped up on my post! I agree – a great theme for the challenge!
