In CEE’S COMPOSE YOURSELF PHOTO CHALLENGE: #16 COLOR BASICS, photographer Cee asks us to focus on color, in particular, on warm and cool tones. I had wanted to take fresh pictures but because I have been sick for two weeks (bronchitis), I instead looked through my photo archives to find images that fit in either of the two categorizes.
I have to say that I have never grouped my pictures intentionally in this way. But upon seeing the groupings, I have found that there is an added visual “punch” to the galleries, conveying a particular feeling of warmth or coolness depending on the combination. This is a creative and valuable tool that I plan to use often in the future. Thank you Cee for a valuable lesson.

Such a great set of photos. I love the one with the leaves on the ground – such a creative perspective. Also really like the one of the sunset. A very beautiful sight. Hope you are on the mend and rest well 🙂
