I am participating again in Cathy’s In a Vase on Monday photo challenge.
During the past several weeks, I have been bringing in flowers from the garden but was too busy to take pictures of my bouquets. Today I had some extra time so off to the garden I went. When I went to look at what I could include in my bouquet, I noticed that a number of blooms from my Annabelle Hydrangea (Hydrangea arborescens ‘Annabelle’) had fallen over, covering my statue of the Virgin Mary. So after clip, clip, clip, I had a large cloud-like bouquet of flowers.
Now for pictures. I really wasn’t sure how to take a picture of such a large bouquet especially since it was mainly one color. I asked my daughter to hold the vase thinking she would add some contrast but we kept laughing. The bouquet really was so large. She even took some pictures, shooting from different angles. Finally, I placed the vase on the grass and that seemed to do the trick.
Looking at pictures, I noticed a picture my daughter took and liked the angle so I took a few more pictures. I am not sure which one I like better. What do you think?
Here’s my daughter’s picture.
Here’s a fun one to brighten up your Monday! Have a great week!
